On February 5, 2024, the Medlab Middle East exhibition, a major event in the medical device industry in the Middle East, grandly opened at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This year's exhibition brought together over 700 renowned exhibitors from nearly 100 countries. URIT International Marketing Center, a veteran participant for over a decade, made another impressive appearance. To celebrate its 40th anniversary, URIT set up a large outdoor advertisement at the parking area outside the venue. The advertisement featured the iconic Burj Khalifa alongside URIT’s urinalysis and hematology analyzers, highlighting its brand image and attracting many visitors' attention.
The design of URIT’s booth in Hall Z4 was centered around the 40th-anniversary theme, showcasing innovation and superior quality. The booth’s grand and artistic design, coupled with attention to detail, reflected URIT’s commitment to excellence. A specially designed anniversary wall became a popular photo spot, with its starry sky backdrop and the dynamic "URIT 40th" logo, symbolizing the company’s ambition to soar and expand globally.
During the exhibition, URIT presented a range of flagship products. The BS-7000 series
modular hematology workflow, with a throughput of 600 tests per hour, demonstrated URIT’s technical prowess. The US-2000 series AI modular urinalysis workflow, the world’s first AI-powered urinalysis system, along with the AI-Libre urinalysis system US-1680 and the world’s first semi-automatic AI-Libre urinalysis analyzer US-500, showcase URIT’s innovation in diagnostics. The CA-810B automatic chemistry analyzer and IA-260 chemiluminescence analyzer were also highlights, offering speed, efficiency, and reliability. Additionally, the BF-710 flow cytometer and POCT products, popular in the Middle East and Africa, displayed URIT’s diverse product lineup.
The BS-7000 series modular hematology workflow, a premium product, utilizes advanced nucleic acid fluorescence staining technology for precise detection of abnormal cells. Since its launch in 2023, it has received widespread acclaim from clients in regions including the Middle East, Americas, Europe, and Asia. An Iraqi client shared that their hospital processes 100-200 blood samples daily with the BS-7000, and its accurate classification and reliable results have gained doctors' trust. The upgraded sheath flow impedance technology reduces failure rates, enhancing the system's stability and reliability, and providing unprecedented convenience for distributors. URIT remains dedicated to research and innovation, meeting the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
Since 2019, Turkish clients have been loyal partners of URIT’s AI-powered urinalysis lines, selecting products like the US-2000, US-1680, and US-500. They noted that URIT’s brand enjoys a high reputation in Turkey, and they are confident in future collaborations.
The POCT products had a dedicated section at the exhibition. A client from Burkina Faso, who partnered with URIT on the PFS-30 blood lipid meter a year ago, was delighted to see the product on display and eagerly took photos with it.
The first day of the exhibition was bustling with visitors, many showing keen interest in URIT’s biochemistry analyzers, chemiluminescence analyzers, and flow cytometers.
In 2024, as URIT celebrates its 40th anniversary, the International Marketing Center will continue to expand its global footprint, embodying the company’s spirit of perseverance and excellence in the in vitro diagnostics field.
On the second day of the exhibition, the URIT International Marketing team will host a product launch and customer appreciation dinner at the Swiss?tel Al Murooj Dubai. They will introduce products like the US-3000 series AI modular urinalysis workflow, BS-7000 series modular hematology workflow, CA-2000 automatic chemistry analyzer, and POCT devices, and hold an awards ceremony for nearly 100 outstanding global distributors in celebration of the company’s 40th anniversary.
